EANTRO introduces Human Risk Index methodology — turning resistance into metrics
"Human Risk Index turned our intuitive guesses about resistance into objective data. We got a tool to speak to the board in their language — the language of metrics and risks."
— CHRO of EANTRO client
EANTRO is publishing the Human Risk Index (HRI) methodology — a tool for objectifying human risks in AI transformations. The methodology allows measuring resistance, sabotage, and accountability gaps at different stages of adoption. HRI is built on indicators from the EANDIVID, EANSYNC, and EANLEAD tracks and includes Alignment protocols for working with identified risks.
Our view
Human Risk Index is not just a measurement tool — it is a way to turn the "human factor" from an undefined risk into a manageable business function.
Conclusions
The methodology demonstrates our position — we add a layer of objectification that coaching and psychology lack, making human risks measurable and manageable at board level.
