EANTRO is an operational layer of accountability for human factors in AI transformation. I am accountable for commercial framework, strategy, methodology and quality. I ensure measurability of human risks: baseline → control → delta. I fix accountability boundaries and scope change rules. I manage conflicts and drive artifacts to traction.
What value does this provide to clients?
Clients get measurability of organizational risks, transparent accountability boundaries, high-speed navigation through uncertainty. I work with top management: CEO, CDO, CTO, CHRO, CISO, Board. I escalate critical risks and provide stop-the-line recommendation when necessary.
